New Practical Guide to Valorise Intellectual Property with the Goal to Raise Funds

This guide presents the four main families of tools available to companies to help them valorise their intellectual property assets.

It also provides a set of recommendations, notably based on best practices in other countries, to help SMEs use their IP assets as leverage to secure appropriate financing.

A FAQ is included to answer the frequently asked questions SMEs may have regarding the valorisation of their intellectual property.
Finally, the guide includes a list of all relevant contact points to help SMEs navigate the various formalities with ease.

Prediagnostic Service for Intellectual Property

Which intellectual property rights (IPR) does your business own? Are those rights protected? If not, is it possible to protect them? How much will it cost? What are the advantages of protecting IPR? What are the risks of not registering IPR?

Those are questions you may not have the answers to. The IP prediagnostic service, offered and subsidised by the Intellectual Property Office (IPObel), can answer all your questions about IPR.
